The contemporary farmhouse is a combination of the classic black standing seam, white stucco, and warm wood elements. This color palette together with massing articulation helps to allow more personality than traditional farmhouse stylings. The front entrance is a part of the simple and modest slope roof language blended with the garage massing. It leads into a great room open space area surrounded by bedrooms, the back of the house. Large glazing is designed between the living room and the rear yard which bridge the indoor and outdoor space. Clean lines and a sleek aesthetic have been designed from the inside out in order to retain a fresh look, and yet embraces natural elements and celebrates the beauty of the farmhouse.
