The Shuang He Lake Sales Center in Zhengzhou, China is completed. This three-story building not only serves as a sales center, but also as a high end community center at a later stage. With this in consideration, we created flexible spaces for different function transformation and used simple geometry with a subtle move on facade to create a sense of future and technology.
